Wazobia is designed to be a safe place for social connection, entertainment, creator discovery and learning. We use reasonable safeguards, moderation processes, reporting tools and account controls to reduce abuse and protect users. We also maintain zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation.

Account Security Controls

• Account access should be protected by secure authentication and protected password handling.
• Users should keep email and phone details up to date for account support and recovery.
• Wazobia may monitor login activity, suspicious sessions, automated behavior and account takeover signals.
• We may require additional checks, temporary restrictions or support review if an account appears compromised.
• Users should not share passwords, reuse weak passwords or allow other people to operate their account.

Data Protection Safeguards

• Use secure transmission where appropriate for app and website traffic.
• Limit access to personal information to authorized personnel and service providers who need it for their work.
• Use backups, access controls, logging and operational safeguards to support reliability and recovery.
• Review and improve safeguards as the product grows and new risks appear.
• Investigate suspected unauthorized access, abuse, data loss or security incidents.

CSAE Prevention And Child Safety

Wazobia has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation, grooming, sexual solicitation of minors, sextortion, trafficking, abuse imagery or attempts to move minors into unsafe contact. Reported child-safety issues should receive urgent review. Confirmed violations may lead to content removal, account termination, preservation of relevant records and reports to appropriate authorities or child-safety organizations.

Minor And Student Protections

• CBT Practice is intended to support learning for SS3 students and other secondary school exam candidates.
• Reports involving minors, harassment, grooming, exploitation, coercion or unsafe adult contact should be prioritized.
• Blocking and reporting tools should be available from profiles, posts, comments, messages and groups.
• Wazobia may restrict visibility, messaging, comments or content access when needed to protect minors.
• Age-inappropriate, exploitative or harmful content may be removed or restricted.

Social Feed And Content Safeguards

• Posts, comments and replies can be reported for abuse, hate, harassment, exploitation, impersonation, illegal content or rights violations.
• Reported content may be hidden, restricted, removed or reviewed by moderators.
• Repeat offenders may lose access to posting, commenting, messaging, groups or the full Service.
• Wazobia may reduce distribution of suspicious, harmful, spammy or misleading content.

Messaging And Group Safeguards

• Users should be able to block accounts and report unsafe conversations.
• Group owners or admins should be able to manage membership and remove abusive members.
• Wazobia may restrict message sending, invitations, group creation or forwarding where abuse is detected.
• Reports from private conversations may be reviewed when users submit them for safety or enforcement.

Wazob, Music Arena And Movies Hub Safeguards

• Programme, music and movie content may be reviewed for rights issues, harmful material, impersonation, explicit abuse or policy violations.
• Artist uploads may be restricted or removed when copyright, performer rights, artwork rights or safety complaints arise.
• Content labels, age-sensitive restrictions or removal may be used where needed.
• Creators and content owners may be asked to provide additional information to resolve rights or safety complaints.

CBT Practice Safeguards

• CBT Practice should be presented as a study and practice tool, not an official examination authority.
• Wazobia may review question content for quality, harmful material, unauthorized official content or misleading claims.
• Student performance information should be handled carefully and used to support learning, support and product improvement.
• Reports about leaked, stolen or unauthorized exam materials should be investigated and the content restricted where appropriate.

Detection And Review

Wazobia may use manual review, user reports, automated signals, technical logs and trusted notices to identify abuse, suspicious activity, spam, harmful content, rights violations and child-safety risks. Automated tools can help prioritize review, but important enforcement decisions may also involve human review where practical.

Reporting Abuse

Users should report profiles, posts, comments, replies, messages, groups, artist uploads, films, programmes or unsafe behavior through in-app tools or the contact page. Helpful reports include the account name, content link or screenshot, a clear description and the reason the content may violate Wazobia rules.

Evidence Preservation

When serious safety, child protection, account security or legal issues are reported, Wazobia may preserve relevant records such as reported content, account identifiers, timestamps, message metadata, moderation notes and technical logs for investigation, enforcement, legal compliance and cooperation with authorities.

Law Enforcement And Emergency Requests

Wazobia may respond to valid legal requests and may disclose information where necessary to prevent harm, protect children, investigate abuse, enforce terms or protect the rights and safety of users and the public. Emergency requests should include enough detail to identify the risk and the account or content involved.

User Education

• Users should learn how to block, report and control visibility.
• Parents and guardians should talk with younger users about safe messaging, group invites and sharing personal details.
• Students should use CBT Practice for learning and avoid unauthorized exam materials.
• Artists and creators should upload only content they own or have permission to share.

Security Incidents

If Wazobia identifies a security incident that may affect users, we will investigate, take steps to reduce harm and provide notice where required by law or where notice is appropriate. We may reset credentials, restrict sessions, patch systems, review logs and work with service providers or authorities as needed.

User Responsibilities

• Use strong passwords and keep login details private.
• Report suspicious activity, impersonation, unsafe contact and harmful content quickly.
• Do not share personal details publicly unless you are comfortable with other people seeing them.
• Respect other users, creators, students and rights holders.
• Do not attempt to bypass security controls, scrape the Service or access data without permission.
