Wazobia may review, remove, restrict, label or reduce distribution of content. Enforcement may be based on reports, automated signals, manual review or legal requests.
Reports And Appeals
Users can report posts, comments, replies, messages, groups, profiles, music, movies, programmes or unsafe behavior. Wazobia may review reports and take action based on severity, evidence, repeat behavior and legal obligations. Where appeal tools are available, users may ask Wazobia to review certain enforcement decisions.
Copyright And Rights Complaints
If you believe content on Wazobia violates your copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights, contact us with enough information to identify the content, your rights and the action requested. We may remove or restrict content while reviewing the complaint. Repeat infringement may lead to account restrictions or termination.
Third-Party And Licensed Content
Some films, music, programmes, images, exam materials or other content may be provided by users, creators, licensors or third parties. You may access that content only through Wazobia features and may not copy, download, redistribute, sell, upload elsewhere or exploit it unless the app clearly permits that use or the rights holder gives permission.
Privacy And Safety
Your use of Wazobia is subject to our Privacy Policy and Security Policy. We may process information, review reports, preserve evidence and disclose information where necessary to protect users, children, creators, Wazobia or the public, or where required by law.
Changes To Features
Wazobia may add, remove, suspend, rename or modify features at any time. We may also update rules for specific features, change content availability, limit access in some locations or test new experiences with some users before others.
Service Availability And Disclaimers
Wazobia is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We work to keep the Service useful and reliable, but we do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free operation, perfect recommendations, complete content availability, official academic results or that all user content will be accurate, lawful or safe.
Limitation Of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Wazobia is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, inability to access the Service, user content, third-party content, unauthorized account activity or disputes between users, creators, groups or partners.
Suspension And Termination
You may stop using Wazobia at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, create risk, infringe rights, misuse the Service, break the law or harm other users. After termination, provisions about content licences, safety records, legal requests, disclaimers, disputes and limitations may continue where needed.
Changes To These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service as Wazobia grows or as legal, safety or product requirements change. Continued use after updated terms are posted means you accept the updated terms unless the law requires another form of notice or consent.
Governing Law And Disputes
These terms should be governed by the laws selected in final legal review. Disputes should first be raised through support so the parties can try to resolve them in good faith before formal proceedings.
Contact
Questions about these terms, reports, appeals or rights complaints should be sent to contact@wazobiaapp.com or through the contact page.
Important: this is a working draft for product and legal review. Ask a qualified privacy/legal professional to review it before public launch.
